Shipping policy

All items are shipped by me, Genevieve Broughton, from my studio in England within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated in the product listing). Orders will often be dispatched quicker than this and if you need your item for a particular date please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you.

I offer FREE UK DELIVERY via Royal Mail Signed For to arrive 2-3 days from dispatch date, (delivery times are as stated by Royal Mail, orders often arrive sooner but can occasionally take longer).

Upgrade to EXPRESS DELIVERY via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next day after dispatch date.

Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct to avoid any problems.

I currently only ship to UK addresses due to the new rules which were introduced when the UK left the EU and delays to international shipping caused by Covid 19.
